Inspired by “Estrambotisme,» the artistic movement defining the work of Quim Hereu, chef Jordi Cruz—3-star Michelin—has crafted a unique menu that translates these vibrant artworks into immersive culinary experiences.
To complement this vision, a bespoke collection of nine “estrambotic” plates was designed, capturing elements from the artwork and transforming them into extraordinary tableware, each piece serving as an extension of the art itself
